Crews around Los Angeles battling new wildfires, Trump threatening to withhold aid

Authorities in California are dealing with new wildfires, including the Hughes Fire that has put more than 50,000 people under evacuation orders and warnings in northern Los Angeles. CBS News correspondent Jonathan Vigliotti has more.
