Legal analysis of Supreme Court’s ruling to limit power of nationwide injunctions

The Supreme Court limited the power of federal judges to issue what’s known as nationwide injunctions in a 6-3 decision along ideological lines. Both Republican and Democratic presidents have complained about getting held up in the court because of these injunctions. CBS News legal contributor Jessica Levinson has more.
